NFL changes Trade Deadline and IR Rules

The new NFL Trade Deadline is Tuesday of Week 8 instead of Week 6.
They're also allowing 1 player to be activated from IR during the season.

Is the new IR rule in the NFL something we want to incorporate into our rules? I would like to see it. That is, if an NFL team puts a player on IR, you can put that player on IR. And then if the NFL team activates said player, you can do the same. One time per year.

Any thoughts?
