Randy and Kelli Ellis need your prayers

Postby poets » Wed Feb 22, 2006 5:11 pm

This is a very difficult post, but I thought Randy's friends should know. Nicholas Ellis passed away this morning. I have not tried to talk with Randy and Kelli, as I have heard that they are dealing with this tragedy privately with their family. When I hear about funeral services, I will let everyone know. Keep them in your prayers.

I just spoke with my mother about this, and she had found out at work that it occurred. There is really not much anyone can say to lessen a loss like that, and really there is nothing that could be more difficult than losing a child. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Ellis family.

I can only offer my most heartfelt condolences to Randy and his wife. This is tragic news. Simply tragic.

I spoke with Randy and Kelli today and they are doing as good as expected. Keep them in your prayers. For those who are interested, the Visitation for Nicholas Ellis will be tomorrow (Friday) from 4 - 8 pm at Bartholomew Funeral Home (102 Monroe St.). The Funeral will be at the First Presbyterian Church on Valparaiso Street, on Saturday at 10:30 am.

My Mom just told me...I'm so sorry Kelli and Randy...you're in our prayers here.

In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God:He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry came before Him, even into His ears. Psalm 18:6
