Home 4 sale - nice rental prop

Lisa and I are moving to Indianapolis after we get married. Therefore we are selling our home. We'd be selling it anyway because it is a small home and we need something bigger.
The home is in The Town of Pines which is the little community between Chesterton and Michigan City. It is a small home, only 900 - 950 sf. So it would be great for a single person, or young couple just starting out.
The best thing about it is that it would be a great rental property. Lisa and I may rent it, but since we are moving to Indy, our first preference is to sell it.
The home is in great condition. Roof and siding are two years old. Appliances and furnace are within 4 years old. Windows are about 5 years old - all Pella Windows. Cabnets, etc - all within 5 years. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and the bedroom is a good size. About the only thing it needs is central air, to which would be easy to install - just need the unit.
Just got city water hooked up.
There is enough room on the property to add a garage - even another room. There is a 10 x 10 barn that is one year old.
Close to the beach - about a mile.
If anybody is interested or knows somebody who is - contact me for more information. I am asking 72,000 OBO and cannot go lower than 67,000 or I would just assume rent it myself. AGAIN - IT WOULD BE A GREAT RENTAL PROPERTY. I even have a lady who would refer a foster, college kid who attents PNC or IVY tech - rent guaranteed. Like I said, Lisa and I just might rent it ourselves.
