Due Respect

I would like you to address the complete lack of reverence shown to Yours Truly. J suggests a division called "Rick is an ass" and then Scott speaks to me with his insolent, common tongue - as if I am one of the peasant-like rabble of sub-par owners like himself. He didn't even addressing me as "League Champion" or at least "Sir".
I'm not sure whether it's a defense mechanism to cope with my uncanny ability to predict the future or my general coaching prowess. Perhaps it's my dashing good looks. Whatever it is, this insubordination needs to be addressed.
