...is about to fall.
Just as there are bad deals made in Fantasy Football, there are also bad deals made in life.
Much like the Cubs - Red Sox Garciapara trade, I'll never understand why some sides will give up so much for so little, but apparently Rick has managed to make himself such a deal.
That's right...Rick's managed to convince a lovely young woman to marry him. What she can hope for out of this union? That is beyond my reasoning at this time. However, the deal appears sealed and is just awaiting official proclimation on October 9th.
Thus, the last remaing WWFFL bachelor (Anton doesn't count as I'm to understand he's already sharing the responsibilities of marriage), is about to ride off into the sunset.
We will be celebrating this momentus occassion with the obligitory bachelor party on Saturday, October 2nd. We'll start the day out with paintball at Blast Camp in Hobart. That afternoon/evening, we'll retire to an as of yet undetermined location for the testosterone fueled events of Texas Holdem and copious alchohol consumption.
We'll cap the night off by having some $5 crack-whore wipe her ass on Ricks face (I'll bring the video camera!).
All are invited to participate in paintball with us. The field is in Hobart right off SR 130 and it's $25 for field/equipment rental. Expect to pay another $20-$40 for ammo (you have to use theirs). We can stay as long as we like and we've typically played until around 4pm-5pm. We'll also bring a grill and some food to keep you well nourished through the competition.
As an added bonus I can promise everyone will have the opportunity to pop a cap in Ricks ass. I know there have to be some of you out there willing to pay $50 bucks just to put a huge welt in his fish-belly white carcass. I'll also kick is a free sixer of your favorite brew to the first shooter who can tag the mole on his cheek from 10+ paces.
If your interested in joining us on the field of war on October 2nd, reply to this thread so I can get an accurate head count. I've already made a reservation for 10 players.
Go ahead and call me (219-548-5782) or email me (pollock.j@verizon.net) if you have any questions.
Come celebrate with us in a manly tradition!
J
